Especially, when building and working in remote, mountainous or border areas, the risks become more complex and diverse. Hence, if risks are identified quickly and accurately, managers can reduce the level of risk in the process. Then, people can aslo suggest some solutions to reduce the risks. This paper proposed and evaluated the risk factors of the construction process in several boder districts, Quang Nam province by applying Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) method. This study tried to collect data, analyze qualitative and quantitative risk factors. 摘要

目前,风险是社会各个领域关注的问题。人类社会越发展,人类活动就越多样、越丰富、越复杂。因此,对人们生活产生负面影响的风险越来越复杂。可以说,建筑工程是一种特殊的产品,因此在施工过程中隐藏的风险也越来越多。特别是在偏远山区和边境地区进行建设和工作时,风险变得更加复杂和多样。因此,如果能够快速准确地识别风险,管理人员就可以降低过程中的风险水平。然后,人们也可以提出一些降低风险的解决方案。本文采用探索性因子分析法(EFA)对广南省边境地区建设过程中的风险因素进行了分析和评价。本研究试图收集数据,分析定性和定量的危险因素。结果表明,所收集的调查数据是有意义的。
