The results from the spectrum measurements campaign shows that a lot of allocated frequency bands in Nigeria have very low signal occupancy rates with the occupancy rates vary randomly in time, frequency and space like other parts of the world. The spectrum measurements campaign results also show that the actual spectral occupancy in Nigeria is less than 10.00%.
