摘要

研究了以多花蔷薇为主要砧木的硬木扦插生根效率。2013年9月20日,将多花蔷薇无刺品种‘短1号’剪下20cm,在4个冷藏室中保存一周。采用不同培养基(100%蛭石;珍珠岩100%;蛭石50%:珍珠岩50%),在24盘锅中制备,用于硬木切割。2013年9月至2014年3月,在混合培养基(蛭石50%:珍珠岩50%)上对多花蔷薇硬木扦插的季节生根效率进行了为期6个月的研究。所有的措施都是在两个月的削减后进行的。混合培养基的生根效率最高,11月的硬木扦插效率最高。之后,我们建议在11月在混合介质中对多花蔷薇进行硬木切割。
