摘要

Wi-Fi路由器是一种具有无线接入点功能的设备,它用于提供对互联网或私人计算机的访问。它是为家庭或小型办公网络提供基本基础设施的硬件设备。提出制作单模半自动家用模具来设计Wi-Fi路由器的上底盖,使其更美观,降低材料成本,更好的散热,降低模具成本,使产品更具市场竞争力。提出选择合适的塑料材料,利用SIEMENS NX软件对现有的塑料产品设计进行修改,开发出合适的两板一模一模的系列模具。提出了利用西门子NX软件对模具零件及其装配件进行制造的详细设计。分析在AUTODESK MOLDFLOW中完成。估算每个部件的模具成本、原材料成本和加工成本,找出每个部件的成本,并将其与现有部件进行比较。
