Engine efficiency, pollution, and combustion characteristics have also been studied in relation to the ceramic coatings on engine components. Furthermore, several ceramic coating materials and coating processes have been thoroughly studied. For a better understanding of the relevance of the ceramic coating, experimental findings of ceramic coated and non-coated engine components were compared. A few issues in emissions and engine performance have also been identified as areas where additional research is needed. Review of Ceramics Coating on the Engine Components
