The sequence of Kalata B2 is GLPVCGETCFGGTCNTPGCSCTWPICTRD and its m/z M + H mass is 2955.53. It had been first isolated from Oldenlandia affinis plant leaves extract which belongs to Rubiaceae family. 摘要
采用固相多肽合成法合成了Kalata B2环肽,并用制备型高效液相色谱法对产物进行了纯化。Kalata B2序列为GLPVCGETCFGGTCNTPGCSCTWPICTRD, m/z m + H质量为2955.53。该化合物首次从茜草科植物亲和叶提取物中分离得到。通过UPLC/MS、LC/MS、CD、1HNMR和IR对Kalata B2的合成进行了表征。
