This study aims to analyze the quality of learning at SMK based on school-based management. This type of research is qualitative. The research approach used in this research is qualitative research. Research instruments were used as interview guidelines (questionnaires), observation guidelines, and documentation to obtain research data. The sample data are school residents: the principal, teachers, education staff, and the school committee. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of the research is that government policies have improved educational outcomes through 4 stages of design, namely evaluation of educational achievements, planning of educational evaluation, improving the quality of education, and monitoring the quality of education. 摘要

“以校本管理为本的教育质素改善计划”必须持续推行,以维持公众的信任,务求优质的教育能培养出能胜任社会各专业职位的专业人士。本研究旨在分析基于校本管理的SMK学习质量。这种类型的研究是定性的。本研究采用的研究方法是定性研究。研究工具采用访谈指南(问卷调查)、观察指南和文献资料来获取研究数据。样本数据为学校居民:校长、教师、教职员和学校委员会。数据分析技术采用描述性定性分析。研究结果表明,政府政策通过教育成果评价、教育评价规划、提高教育质量、监测教育质量四个阶段的设计来改善教育成果。SMK实施了4项校本管理原则:自主性原则、灵活性原则、参与性原则和主动性原则。
