摘要

本文对教师资格认证中ECD教育者的职业化进行了探讨。本文提出的问题是“幼儿发展认证是否提高了教师的专业素养?”基于这一现象,本文旨在帮助幼儿发展教师和其他教育工作者发展和提高专业水平。职业化水平提高后,通过计算公平的薪酬,修复管理制度和载体等级,从而提高教师和教育工作者的尊严和福利。教师认证的用途是:证明教师的表现,获取信息/数据,作为教师毕业的基础,为后续活动提供证明建议。应用交互认证的方法论是对过去、现在和未来经验的披露。
