Here, the Thermoelectric Device performance is analyzed with basic coding using MATLAB software. The MATLAB based fabrication of thermoelectric generator lead to analysis the power efficiency and ZT performance for the materials (Cu2Bi2Te3 and Cu2Sb2Te3).
