摘要
绿色生产人力资源管理(Green Production Human Resource Management, GPHRM)是绿色技术的概念和应用,使生产计划中人力的招聘、替换、升级、绩效评估和发展能够以更高效或更有效的方式实现,是一个新颖的概念。本研究对GPHRM的几个问题进行了探讨。以电声工业中的一个例子来说明所提出的方法。显然,GPHRM可以降低人员的运输和沟通成本,解决家庭分离问题和管理不同文化背景的人的问题。
