摘要

光纤光栅应变传感器(FBG)与沥青混合料之间的协调变形研究是解决光纤光栅在沥青路面应用的前提和基础。设计了它们之间协调变形的测试方法,通过动态单轴载荷蠕变试验获得沥青混合料的粘弹性参数,并利用ABAQUS软件建立三维有限元模型,分析高模量光纤光栅的存在导致沥青混合料在光纤光栅位置附近的应力场和应变场重分布情况,以及光纤光栅模量对沥青混合料应变场和应力场的影响进行了讨论。结果表明:高模量传感器的存在导致了应力场和应变场的重新分布,但不能限制沥青混合料塑性变形的发展;应力场和应变场对传感器模量更为敏感,随着传感器模量的减小,对结果的影响逐渐减小。最后,我们可以得到不同传感器模量下应变场的影响曲线,并对FBG得到的测量信息进行修正,得到精确的应变结果。
