In most researches cap was directly applied to irradiate cancer cells or tissues. In this study, we report that CAP plasma discharge in cell culture medium and studied its effects on melanoma cancer cells. CAP plasma treated cell culture medium was applied to melanoma and fibroblast cells. Cell viability test by using MTT assay showed that treatment of with CAP plasma had the strongest effect on inducing apoptosis to inhibit melanoma cell proliferation and further cell metastasis.
