The study adopted a descriptive survey design with a study population of the undergraduate students in the college of information and communication technology, Kwara State University, Malete. Simple random sampling technique was used to select 152 respondents, which represent the sample for the study. Data was collected using a self-designed questionnaire titled “Undergraduate Students’ Perception and Electronic Sources Questionnaire” (USPESQ). Frequency count and simple percentages were used in analyzing the data collected. The study revealed that the students perceive electronic sources to be insufficient in Kwara State University library. The findings also show that electronic journals are the most type of electronic sources available in KWASU Library.
