摘要

混砂设备是页岩气开采过程中的关键设备之一。混砂设备各部件之间存在着复杂的相互作用。单个组件的故障可能引发一连串的系统故障。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于模糊理论的功能失效识别与传播模型。采用Matlab Simulink软件进行建模和仿真。采用尽可能低的合理可行原则来评价不同失效条件下的风险等级。通过比较传统FFIP方法和模糊FFIP方法的分析结果,证明了模糊FFIP方法的实用性和有效性。
