This ecological crisis is driving concern from various countries in the world by formulating a Sustainability Development Goals that are expected to improve the quality of human life. Representation of women in the leadership of a company can be one of the drivers of companies to be more concerned with voluntary disclosures. This research is a quantitative research that uses multiple linear regression with a sample of companies listed on the ISSI for 4 consecutive years. The results showed that the presence of women on the board of directors did not affect the disclosure of SDGs. Whereas the presence of women in the board of commissioners has a significant effect on the disclosure of SDGs. 摘要

由于大公司的工业活动,公众的环境意识将越来越受到破坏,这使得社会需要了解公司对破坏的责任程度。这一生态危机引起了世界各国的关注,各国纷纷制定了旨在提高人类生活质量的可持续发展目标。在公司领导层中有女性代表可能是推动公司更加关注自愿披露的因素之一。本研究采用多元线性回归的定量研究方法,以连续4年的上市公司为样本。结果显示,董事会中女性的存在并不影响可持续发展目标的披露。鉴于委员会中女性的存在对可持续发展目标的披露有重大影响。有影响的控制变量只有公司规模,而盈利能力和杠杆等变量没有影响。关键词:可持续发展目标(SDGs),董事会,委员会,性别多样性
