The candidate regions are classified by deep learning algorithm, and the multi pose facial features are accurately recognized. This method can avoid the problem of increasing the complexity of the algorithm, such as multi pose face extended feature or pose detector, so as to improve the search speed and accuracy. 摘要

提出了一种基于深度学习的多姿态人脸特征识别方法。该方法首先结合人脸特征确定人脸方向,然后根据人脸方向对人脸进行分割,得到人脸的近似正演候选区域,再通过分层结构深度学习算法进行验证。基于人脸特征和深度学习算法的多姿态人脸检测算法。利用肤色特征快速消除大部分背景区域,根据人脸几何特征确定的人脸方向对候选区域进行分割,并利用深度学习算法对候选区域进行分类。利用深度学习算法对候选区域进行分类,实现多姿态人脸特征的准确识别。该方法避免了多姿态人脸扩展特征或姿态检测器等增加算法复杂度的问题,从而提高了搜索速度和精度。实验结果表明,基于深度学习的多姿态人脸特征识别方法能够快速检测出多姿态人脸,并且对表情和遮挡具有良好的鲁棒性。
