摘要

本文通过数值计算和试验,对凸轮相位进行了重新设计,研究了凸轮相位对发动机性能和排放的影响。首先,在原压缩天然气发动机的基础上,利用数值软件设计了若干凸轮相位,并选择了两种气门相位优化方案。在此基础上,设计了不同凸轮的发动机试验台,包括优化凸轮和原凸轮。通过试验对比发现,阀瓣重叠度为11°CA的3号优化方案在减少尾气排放的同时,兼顾了CNG的功率和消耗,是最佳方案。
