摘要

目前还没有一个公认的理论可以解释高压下过冷池沸腾的传热,因此过冷池沸腾的传热机理尚不清楚。为了揭示过冷核池沸腾传热的物理机制,得到气泡离开频率与活动空腔半径之间的关系,根据活动空腔在沸腾表面的分布,分析了传热函数。在统计处理的基础上,建立了过冷核池高压沸腾传热的数学模型。建立的过冷核池沸腾传热热流密度模型是壁面过热度、液体过冷度、活动腔尺寸、接触角和流体物理性质的函数。没有引入额外的或新的经验常数。将模型预测值与已有实验数据进行比较,发现在不同的液体过冷度下,模型预测值与实验数据吻合良好。从而验证了过冷核池沸腾数学模型的有效性。分析模型揭示了过冷池沸腾传热的物理原理。
