摘要

研究的目的是:简化和保证双副齿轮系在变速机床上的加工性能。采用的方法:对轮系中变速齿轮组的特性定义进行数值实验,对不同齿轮组的特性进行对比分析,并将结果以表格的形式可视化。所提供的方法的相关性是用相当大的劳动强度来证明的,在齿轮系中齿轮组合的定义中,现有的基于表的方法主要是通过可能的方式选择来使用。新颖:提供了特殊的设置计算算法,减少了齿轮系齿轮组合选择的操作时间。基本成果:已开发出确定所需齿轮系组合的计算机程序和推荐给工程和汽车修理公司生产活动、研究中心和学院(论文调查、工程专家培训过程)的技术部门和设计服务人员使用的机床双对齿轮系装置电子目录。
