The diagnosis is made on pathological findings.</p><p><strong>Case report: </strong>We report a case of an 82-year-old female patient with the diagnosis of colonic tuberculosis. The diagnosis were suspected on clinical presentation: chronic abdominal pain, fever and weight loss.
