摘要椎管内窥镜是治疗累及神经根的硬膜外粘连引起的慢性腰痛和腿痛的一种新技术。本文讨论了两例骨科手术联合椎管内窥镜检查的病例。病例1,患者有马尾肿瘤,在椎管内窥镜的辅助下切除肿瘤。在病例2中,患者患有广泛的硬膜外脓肿。患者接受抗生素治疗,行单节段椎板切除术和椎管内窥镜辅助引流术。病例1,通过椎管内窥镜发现磁共振成像无法识别的小肿瘤,然后通过S1右侧半椎板切除术,L5和T12椎板切除术,将肿瘤从T12椎段部分切除至S1椎段。在病例2中,使用椎管内窥镜可以通过单水平引流和灌洗广泛的脓肿病变。
