The results showed 60 respondents, 30 control group respondents received Five Finger Hypnosis treatment for 4 times a week for 3 weeks, while 30 people in the intervention group received a combination of Five Finger Hypnosis and Aromatherapy for 4 times a week for 3 weeks. Before and after the intervention was carried out, the level of anxiety was measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS).
