摘要

本文根据IEEE标准方法,在室温至800℃范围内对Ca3TaGa3Si2O14 (CTGS)单晶的弹性常数、压电常数和介电常数进行了全面表征。研究了基于CTGS晶体的温度传感器的灵敏度和稳定性。其中弹性刚度常数c11e对温度的敏感性最高。x切割方形板谐振器样品的重复测量结果表明,其在整个测量温度范围内都具有良好的稳定性。
