摘要本文研究了能源市场中能源价格不确定条件下需求侧的最优协调问题。在多能源系统中,用户通过需求响应计划(DRPs)在发电成本最小化方面具有最优作用。用户可以通过本地发电策略(LGS)和需求缩减策略(DCS)参与。将最优协调考虑为两阶段优化,其中第一阶段实现消费者费用的最小化;其次,在第二阶段优化中实现发电成本的最小化。通过插电式电动汽车(pev)的优化放电,考虑了LGS。最后,通过数值仿真验证了该方法在实现发电成本最小化方面的优越性。
