In addition, after the completion of tracking observation of 60-90 months, the implant surrounding bone health was recorded and analyzed.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>After 5-7 years of follow-up, 1 of the 53 implants failed to fall out, and the implant retention rate was 98.1%. The amount of bone resorption in the proximal and distal margins 5-7 years after implant restoration was (0.16±0.94) mm and (-0.01±1.29) mm, respectively, and the difference in bone height between the proximal and distal margins of the implant and the immediate post-restoration period was not statistically significant (<i>P</i>>0.05). 摘要

目的:评价即刻种植后牙区单纯锥形固位种植体5 ~ 7年的长期临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年12月在南昌大学第四附属医院口腔门诊行牙区即刻种植义齿的患者,共38例,种植体53枚,种植体深度进入(骨2mm及以上)并修复上部结构。此外,在完成60-90个月的跟踪观察后,记录并分析种植体周围的骨骼健康状况。结果:经5 ~ 7年随访,53例种植体中有1例未脱落,种植体保留率为98.1%。种植体修复后5-7年近端和远端骨吸收量分别为(0.16±0.94)mm和(-0.01±1.29)mm,种植体近端和远端骨高度与修复后即刻骨高度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。牙周炎、种植体部位炎症、吸烟对种植体周围边缘骨吸收的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:单锥形保留种植体拓宽了后区即刻种植的适应证,其深骨下放置(骨下≥2mm)在一定程度上避免了种植体受外界刺激的干扰和种植体颈基的暴露,种植体周围边缘骨具有良好的长期稳定性。
