Abdominal radiation causes changes in the composition of the flora and a decrease in its diversity, which is mainly manifested by a decrease in beneficial bacterial species such as Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria. Intestinal dysbacteriosis aggravates radiation enteritis, weakens the function of the intestinal epithelial barrier, and promotes the expression of inflammatory factors, thereby aggravating the occurrence of enteritis. Given the role of the microbiome in radiation enteritis, we suggest that the gut microbiota may be a potential biomarker for the disease. Treatment methods such as probiotics, antibiotics, and fecal microbiota transplantation are ways to correct the microbiota and may be an effective way to prevent and treat radiation enteritis. 摘要

放射性肠炎是盆腔及腹膜后恶性肿瘤患者放射治疗后发生的一种肠道放射性损伤,其发生发展过程十分复杂。目前已有研究证实,肠道微生态失衡是本病形成的重要因素。腹部辐射引起菌群组成的变化和多样性的减少,主要表现为乳酸菌和双歧杆菌等有益菌种的减少。肠道菌群失调加重放射性肠炎,削弱肠上皮屏障功能,促进炎症因子表达,从而加重肠炎的发生。鉴于微生物群在放射性肠炎中的作用,我们认为肠道微生物群可能是该疾病的潜在生物标志物。治疗方法如益生菌、抗生素和粪便微生物群移植是纠正微生物群的方法,可能是预防和治疗放射性肠炎的有效方法。本文在回顾相关文献的基础上,对放射性肠炎的发病机制及治疗进行综述。
