The results suggested that increased XPO1 expression was associated with a higher tumor grade, more lymph node metastasis, advanced tumor stage, and progressively worse total clinical stage. Additionally, high XPO1 expression was associated with worse overall survival (OS) (HR = 1.43, 95% CI = 1.12-1.81, <i>P</i> = 0.004) and shorter progression-free survival (HR = 1.40, 95% CI = 1.07-1.84, <i>P</i> = 0.01). Clinicopathological and prognostic significance of XPO1 in solid tumors: meta-analysis and TCGA analysis.
