Using the partial credit model, polytomous item response theory analysis was carried out to analyze the goodness-of-fit, followed by exploratory factor analysis. Finally, confirmatory factor and reliability analyses were conducted with the final selected items.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The preliminary items for the 8 core character qualities were administered to the participants. Data from 767 students were included in the final analysis. Of the 160 preliminary items, 25 were removed by classical test theory analysis and 17 more by polytomous item response theory assessment. A total of 118 items and sub-factors were selected for exploratory factor analysis. Finally, 79 items were selected, and the validity and reliability were confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis and intra-item relevance analysis.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The character qualities test scale developed through this study can be used to measure the character qualities corresponding to the educational goals and visions of individual medical schools in Korea. 摘要

目的:本研究旨在编制医学生性格品质测试量表,作为前一篇报告所揭示的八项核心性格品质的后续研究。方法:共编制160个初步项目,对8项核心性格品质进行测评。对每一项素质分别提出了20个问题,并对国内5所医学院的856名学生进行了问卷调查。采用部分信用模型,进行多分项反应理论分析,分析拟合优度,然后进行探索性因子分析。最后对最终选择的项目进行验证性因子分析和信度分析。结果:对被试进行了8项核心性格品质的初步测试。来自767名学生的数据被纳入最终分析。160个初步题项中,经经典测试理论分析剔除25个,经多道题项反应理论评估剔除17个。选取118项及子因子进行探索性因子分析。最终选出79个问卷条目,通过验证性因子分析和条目内相关性分析对问卷的效度和信度进行验证。结论:本研究编制的品格品质测试量表可用于衡量韩国各医学院的教育目标和愿景所对应的品格品质。此外,这个测量工具可以作为主要数据,用于开发针对每个医学院的愿景和教育目标量身定制的品格品质工具。
