摘要

目的:研究氟哌啶醇对幼年非洲尖牙鲶鱼外周血红细胞及脑神经递质水平的影响。方法:青少年暴露于不同浓度的氟哌啶醇(0.12、0.24和0.48 mg/L)15 天,随后停药5天 天。在第1天、第5天、第10天和第15天以及5天停药期后,分析鱼的血液样本的突变变化,之后处死鱼。对大脑进行5-羟色胺能和多巴胺能分析。结果:鱼外周血中有微核形成,微核随着用药时间和浓度的增加而增加。该药物显著降低了血清素活性,但增加了多巴胺活性。然而,在5天的停药期后,一些研究参数从药物的影响中恢复。结论:氟哌啶醇对鱼类具有毒性,应注意其在环境中的使用,避免对鱼类等非目标物种产生不利影响。
