摘要

客户需求是产品开发的基本驱动力。由于严格的预算和分配给产品开发的时间的限制,应该将大量的注意力和资源放在关键客户需求(CCR)上。在当今竞争激烈的市场中,产品设计的变化速度越来越快,外部环境的变化将导致CR的变化。因此,利用CR对影响因素的敏感性来识别CCR,对于把握产品进化方向、提高市场竞争力具有重要意义。为了填补这一空白,本研究提出了一种结合卡诺模型和结构方程模型(SEM)的CCRs识别方法。首先,采用Kano模型确定每个CR的类别。其次,基于CR的分类,建立SEM模型来衡量CR对影响因素湍流的敏感性。然后计算每个CR的重要性,并通过对灵敏度和重要性进行积分,构建四象限图来识别CCR。最后,以智能手机CCR识别为例,验证了该方法的可行性和附加价值。
