The patient underwent transabdominal tumor resection with removal of the right adnexal mass. Through postoperative pathological examination, the patient was diagnosed with UTROSCT. 摘要

背景:我们报告一例类似卵巢性索肿瘤(UTROSCT)的子宫肿瘤的临床病理特征、免疫组织化学特征、超微结构、组织来源、鉴别诊断、治疗和预后。病例报告:一名40岁女性患子宫肌瘤并增大2.5年。超声检查示子宫后壁混和回声肿块，右侧附件区见暗色囊肿，提示疑似子宫肌瘤伴液化，疑似巧克力囊肿。病人接受了经腹部肿瘤切除术并切除了右附件肿块。经术后病理检查，诊断为UTROSCT。随访1年无复发。结论:虽然UTROSCT通常是良性的，但也有复发或转移的可能，UTROSCT患者需要综合诊断和治疗。
