Journal of Hubei Polytechnic University, founded in 1985, is a comprehensive academic journal supervised by Hubei Provincial Education Department and sponsored by Hubei Polytechnic University. It is now a bimonthly journal, published every two months and openly distributed at home and abroad. The journal is RCCSE China quasi-core academic journals, excellent journals in Hubei Province. The domestic uniform serial publication number is CN 42-1832/Z, and the international standard serial publication number is ISSN 2095-4565. The purposes of running the journal are: adhering to Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the guidance, running the journal in accordance with the law; encouraging academic innovation, highlighting the practicality and advancement; serving for the teaching and research of the university, serving for the local economic and social development, and serving for the socialist cultural and educational cause. The main columns are: ‘Mechanical and Electronic Engineering’, ‘Environmental Science and Engineering’, ‘Computer Engineering and Application’, ‘Chemistry and Chemical Engineering’, ‘Civil Engineering’, ‘Materials Science and Engineering’, ‘Mathematical Physics Research and Application’, ‘Medical and Health Care’, and ‘Research on the Reform of Teaching and Learning in Applied University Education’.
