Journal of Kaifeng University is a comprehensive academic journal of arts and sciences organised by Kaifeng University under the supervision of Henan Provincial Department of Education, which was founded in June 1987 and approved by the State Press and Publication Administration in September 1998, and is openly circulated both at home and abroad. Domestic uniform issue number: CN41-1277/G4; international standard issue number: ISSN1008-343X. the journal is now a quarterly, large 16K, 96 pages per issue. The journal has strict quality requirements, and has been awarded ‘First-class Journal of Henan Province’ and ‘Excellent Journal of China CAJ-CD Standard’ for many years in a row. The purpose of the journal is to adhere to the four basic principles and the two-hundred policy, based on the Central Plains, facing the whole country, promoting the scientific research and exchanges of higher education, improving the quality of teaching and serving the construction of the three socialist civilisations. The permanent columns are ‘Song Dynasty Culture Research’, ‘Ancient Capital Research’, ‘Kaifeng Economic and Cultural Research’, ‘College Newspaper Research’, ‘Education and Culture Research’, ‘Education and Culture Research’, ‘Education and Culture Research’, ‘Education and Culture Research’ and ‘Education and Culture Research’. ’, ‘Education and Teaching Research’ and so on, they all have a certain influence in the domestic academic circles.

《开封大学学报》是由河南省教育厅主管、开封大学主办的文理综合性学术刊物。1987年6月创刊，1998年9月经国家新闻出版署批准，向国内外公开发行。国内统一刊号：CN41-1277/G4；国际标准刊号：ISSN1008-343X。学报现为季刊，大16K本，每期96页码。 办刊宗旨是：坚持四项基本原则和双百方针，立足中原，面向全国，促进高等学校科研与交流，提高教学质量，为社会主义三个文明建设服务。 常设栏目有“宋代文化研究”、“古都研究”、“开封经济文化研究”、“高校校报研究”、“教育教学研究”等，它们均在国内学术界有一定影响。 《开封大学学报》办刊质量要求严格，连续多年被评为“河南省一级期刊”，“中国《CAJ-CD规范》执行优秀期刊”。
