The aim of the journal is to disseminate scientific and technological information and trends, strengthen technical cooperation and academic exchanges at home and abroad, and to promote the development of science and technology in mining and metallurgy, It covers new process, new technologies, new materials and new equipment in the mining and metallurgy industry. Majors include process mineralogy, mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, materials, equipment and automation, environmental protection and resource regeneration, and analytical testing.
