Acta Geographica Sinica is an academic journal under the supervision of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and co-sponsored by the Chinese Geographical Society and the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, which was founded in 1934, and is a comprehensive academic journal reflecting the level of China's geographic scientific research, and is also a core journal of China's geography class. Acta Geographica Sinica keeps pace with the development of geographic sciences in the world, maintains the academic journal representing the development level of geographic sciences in China, and makes due contribution to the research and development of geographic sciences in China. The journal mainly publishes the latest research results that can reflect the highest academic level of geographic disciplines, the progress of comprehensive research in geography and neighbouring disciplines, theories on the frontiers of research in various sub-disciplines of geography, and geographic scientific papers that are closely related to the national economy and have greater application value.
