Acta Geodaetica et Cartographica Sinica, founded in 1957, is a monthly comprehensive academic journal supervised by China Association for Science and Technology, sponsored by China Society of Surveying and Mapping, edited by Editorial Board of Journal of Surveying and Mapping, and published by Surveying and Mapping Press Co. It is a core journal of Engineering Index (Ei) of the United States, and has won the titles of China's high-quality science and technology journals, 100 Chinese outstanding academic journals, China's outstanding academic journals with international influence, national excellent surveying and mapping journals, and has been selected as the project of high-quality scientific and technological journals of the China Association for Science and Technology and China's scientific and technological journals with excellent action plan project, and has been listed in many important databases at home and abroad, which is an academic journal with significant influence in China's surveying and mapping, geographic information and science. It is an influential academic journal in the field of surveying, mapping and geographic information science in China.
