The PRP group exhibited superior clinical and radiological outcomes compared with the non-PRP group, as indicated by Figueroas score, Lysholm score and knee range of motion. <b>Conclusion:</b> These findings demonstrate that PRP can be used as an adjunct therapy for ACL reconstruction, enhancing graft healing and improving patient outcomes. Abstract
