When the platform velocity increases, it has little effect on sea clutter time series. Abstract

In the traditional EM scattering model of the sea surface, sea clutter with different parameters are usually calculated under the static condition of the radar platform. However, most radars move in different motion states, e.g., radar seeker is equipmented in a moving missile-borne platform.
