Abstract

A work of the collinear acousto-optical filters (AOF) with fast retuning and high efficiency of diffraction has specificity. In this case the transition process of forming of the diffractive wave E/sub 1/(r,t), and also enrichment of the spectral structure of the field E/sub 1/(r,t) influence on the spread function (SP) /spl Psi/(t,/spl Delta//spl lambda/). Enrichment of the spectral structure of the field E/sub 1/(r,t) is connected with the nonlinearity of process in the acousto-optical interaction (AOI).
