Abstract
The second optical harmonic generation features in two-dimensional graphene-like heterostructures of transition metal dichalcogenides were considered. The absorption spectra of these semiconductor materials were analyzed considering the contribution of multipath interference in the WSe2/MoS2/SiO2/Si structures.
