Generally, the widely used organic semiconductors are tris-(8, hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3), oleic acid, poly (3-hexyl thiophene)(RRP3HT), etc. Recently, the inorganic-organic perovskite family of materials taking the form ABX<sub>3</sub> (A = CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub><sup>+</sup>; B = Pb<sup>2+</sup>; and X=Cl<sup>-</sup>, I<sup>-</sup>, and/or Br) have attracted intensive research interests, due to the dramatically increasing efficiency in the hybric solar cell [1]. It has been reported that CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub>PbI<sub>3-x</sub>Cl<sub>x</sub> has very long electron-hole diffusion length (~100 nm for CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub>PbI<sub>3</sub> and ~ 1 μm for CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub>PbI<sub>3-x</sub>Cl<sub>x</sub>) [1], suggesting the possible applicaton in organic spintronics.
