Abstract

Aiming at the potential leakage of SMS verification codes during a mobile payment scenario, a simple and practical enhancement solution is proposed to strengthen transaction security. This solution mainly solves the SMS verification code leakage problem caused by hacker intrusion or loss of mobile phone by introducing a multi-digit security code based on digital signature, hash function and other cryptographic technologies. Applying this scheme to mobile payment system, even if the SMS verification code is compromised, criminals cannot simply use the SMS verification code alone to complete the financial transaction.
