Abstract

The digitization process in the medical field continues to advance in depth and gradually enters the stage of smart medical treatment. 基于Hadoop的健康管理平台医疗大数据研究
医疗领域的数字化进程不断向纵深推进,逐步进入智慧医疗阶段。本文从健康平台医疗大数据建设入手,针对当前海量医疗异构数据资源及共享、智能健康服务中多源异构信息难以有效融合、疾病实时预警等问题,结合Hadoop平台和临床医疗数据共享的必要性,采用HDFS分布式文件系统对元数据进行管理,提高海量数据集成管理的效率;采用HBase的数据共享模式,提高数据共享程度,采用HBase引擎、Hive引擎、SQLServer引擎等,满足异构之间不同业务数据的智能化,建立以患者健康记录和疾病预警存储管理为核心的数据中心,提出基于Hadoop的大数据管理平台,促进医院运营管理的科学化、专业化、数字化、精细化。
