Abstract
The article examines the main conditions and forms of interaction between universities and industrial enterprises in the field of formation of the innovation infrastructure of the North-West region of Russia, analyzes the experience of such interaction in the countries of Western Europe, and suggests the choice of the forms of interaction between universities and industrial enterprises depending on the stage of the life cycle of innovation development industrial enterprises.
