Abstract

This paper shows that servo-type jerk sensor is realized by rebuilding feedback (FB) circuit of commercially available velocity sensor. After the adjustment of internal PID parameter of FB circuit, it was applied to the linear slider for mechanical impedance control. Once it was confirmed that the sensor has fine phase characteristic, the sensor was also installed on the pneumatic stage to improve dullness of positioning by direct jerk FB.
