These quality metrics are selected from the following categories: incident control metrics, configuration control metrics, and change control metrics. Abstract
This paper develops a model of the Integral Indicator of the Quality of IT Services for Automated Control Systems using Principle Component Analysis (PCA) in the Open Source Software -GRETL- by calculating the first principle component based on six initial quality metrics of IT services. These quality metrics are selected from the following categories: incident control metrics, configuration control metrics, and change control metrics.
