Abstract

This paper selects Panxi area of China, which has the reputation of "health resort", as the research area, and collects the first page data of hospitalization cases over 60 years old in local tertiary and first-class hospitals from 2019 to 2021. Data mining methods such as mathematical statistics, J48 decision tree algorithm and cluster analysis are used. By studying the hospitalization characteristics of elderly patients with chronic diseases in Panxi area and their relationship with disease types, the incidence regularity and hospitalization costs of elderly patients with chronic diseases were discussed in order to provide data support for the management of chronic diseases in Panxi area, and provide decision-making reference for government departments to formulate public health policies.
