Based on the scenario of high-frequency trading of distributed resources in the distribution network, a reasonable charging model is needed to achieve cost recovery and to ensure the safety and reliability of distribution network operation. Abstract

With the introduction of the dual carbon target and the step-by-step measures to achieve these two targets, renewable energy generation resources are expanding rapidly, including not only large centralized wind and PV plants, but also a large number of distributed resources concentrated in the distribution grid. Based on the scenario of high-frequency trading of distributed resources in the distribution network, a reasonable charging model is needed to achieve cost recovery and to ensure the safety and reliability of distribution network operation.
