This study aimed to determine effectiveness of citrus fruit in relieving nausea during pregnancy in Tanjungpinang, Riau. \nSubjects and Method: This was quasi-experiment after only with control design carried out at Puskesmas (Community Health Center) Sei Jang, Tanjungpinang, Riau. A sample of 35 pregnant women was selected for this study, consisting of 17 women in the intervention (citrus fruit) group and 18 women in the control group. The dependent variable was nausea. The independent variable was citrus fruit. 柑橘类水果在缓解怀孕期间恶心的有效性,印尼吉普劳内省丹戎槟榔
背景:恶心和呕吐是怀孕前半期的常见问题之一。大约80%的妇女在怀孕期间受到影响,并对她们的生活质量产生重大影响。妊娠期恶心和呕吐的原因尚不清楚。妊娠期恶心和呕吐的治疗很少能成功到让孕妇完全康复。本研究旨在确定柑橘类水果在缓解怀孕期间恶心的有效性,廖内省丹中槟榔。对象与方法:本实验为准实验,采用对照设计,在廖内省丹中品ang市Sei Jang社区卫生中心进行。本研究选取35名孕妇作为研究样本,其中干预组(柑橘类水果)17名,对照组18名。因变量为恶心。自变量为柑橘类水果。采用问卷调查法收集资料,采用卡方检验分析,以奇数比(OR)作为效果的衡量标准。结果:干预组出现恶心的女性比例低于对照组(OR= 0.45;p = 0.028)。结论:柑橘类水果能有效缓解孕妇恶心。关键词:柑橘类水果;恶心;
