Based on the theory of Lyapunov stability and stochastic process with the elements of the Markov transition probability matrix partly unknown (even all elements are unknown), the time-varying controller, which depends on the characteristics of packet-dropout and meets the requirement of stochastic mean square stability, is designed. Abstract
This paper studies the stability of networked control systems.
